Special Projects / Main Street Manager

As Special Projects Director, Kristine serves in the capacity as Mayor’s Executive Administrative Assistant.  She is responsible for marketing, promotions, and tourism; also travel arrangements, oversees information and communication technology, grants, along with various projects development and management.

Serving as Main Street Manager since 1996, Kristine is responsible for creation and management of programs and activities that meet the objectives of the Plaquemine Historic District/Main Street Program.  Community preservation and development, with public/private partnerships, are realized with the Main Street Four-Point Approach© for downtown revitalization and business development.

Mayor’s Office Administrative Assistant

Visitors and guests are greeted by Mayor’s Office Administrative Assistant Sandra Devillier. She is responsible for providing support and assisting with the needs of the Mayor’s office. She handles appointment schedules for Mayor Gulotta as well as Special Projects Director/Main Street Manager Kristine Hebert.  She maintains effective communications and act as a liaison with several governmental agencies, community organizations and the general public.

Sandra also serves as COPAC Day Youth Camp Coordinator.  She also maintains the rental schedules for COPAC (City of Plaquemine Activity Center) and Bayou Plaquemine Waterfront Park.
